Refund policy

If you receive your order and it is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

1. Take photos of the damaged, faulty or incorrect product.
2. Email hello@sagejournal.co.nz with your order number and attach the photos.
3. We will reply with instructions for returning the product and provide a return shipping label so you can send it back to us free of charge.

Sage Journal does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
