New Zealand

Orders are dispatched from Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Rural delivery rates apply to rural addresses.

Free shipping is available on New Zealand orders over $75.

Australia

We offer flat-rate shipping to Australia, with shipping costs shown at checkout.

International

We ship Sage to selected countries worldwide. If your country is not currently available at checkout, please email hello@sagejournal.co.nz as we may be able to arrange shipping for you.

International shipping rates are based on your destination and the weight of your order and will be shown at checkout. Where possible, we subsidise the cost of international shipping to make Sage more accessible to our readers around the world.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are estimates only.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Pre-order products will be dispatched from the date specified on the individual product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, these may be shipped separately.
